2014 Faculty Award. Autodesk-AIA Sustainability International design competition. Claude Demers et André Potvin, professeurs.

2013 Real Estate Award of Excellence from the Institut du développement urbain du Québec (IDU) to the design team of the Pavillon horticole écoresponsable de l’Institut de technologie agroalimentaire, 8 April 2013. (André Potvin and Claude Demers led the integrated design process and performed all visual and thermal studies for ONICO architects).

2012 Mention CONtech en développement durable. Trophées Innovation et Développement Durable from Contech to the design team of the Pavillon horticole écoresponsable de l’Institut de technologie agroalimentaire, 15 septembre 2012. André Potvin and Claude Demers led the integrated design process and performed all visual and thermal studies for ONICO architects.

2012 Best Poster Award. 2nd International Congress on Ambiances, Montréal 2012. Claude Demers is co-recipient with K. Biron, main author.

2011 Prix d’excellence en architecture from Order of Architects of Quebec (OAQ) to the design team of the Val Notre-Dame Abbaye, May 2011. André Potvin and Claude Demers participated in the winning design scheme with Atelier Pierre Thibault.

2010 CECObois prix d’excellence. Wood Award of Excellence -Institutional Project Category from CECObois to the design team of the Pavillon Gene-H.-Kruger,  June 2010. André Potvin and Claude Demers performed all visual, thermal acoustical studies for Gauthier, Guité, Roy architects.

2009 First Canadian LEED Gold certification from the Canadian Green Building Council to the design team of the CDP Capital Headquarter, 26 October 2009. André Potvin and Claude Demers performed all visual, thermal acoustical studies for Consortium Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg (KPMB), Gagnon Letellier Cyr (GLC), and Lemay Associates.
